In the past 12 years, my attitude to health and fitness has improved and evolved into an integrated view of the body as a whole. Taking care of your outer appearance is important but I want to be able to offer my clients more than just learning better movement. I also want to help them look after their body from the inside. To achieve this, I completed a course in body alignment in 2018.
BODY ALIGNMENT stimulates the muscles to relax, heal and unravel the tension stored deep in the muscle layers.
I continuously learn new methods and techniques to assist my clients and help them achieve a healthy body for life.
